About the position
The Infrastructure Services Supervisor will lead the execution of programs, projects, and daily operations related to infrastructure services for ITT's Industrial Process value center across North and South America. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and support of both IT and operational technology services, ensuring efficient IT service delivery in a global corporate environment. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing a diverse team and driving transformation initiatives to enhance IT services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of diverse personnel.
- Partner with IT manager for effective talent management activities.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the organization.
- Drive and architect transformation initiatives leveraging innovative solutions.
- Lead IT projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead the rationalization and consolidation of services to improve efficiency.
- Ensure infrastructure security aligns with industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Monitor customer service trends and overall delivery using data.
- Collaborate with teams to architect scalable solutions for infrastructure.
- Manage deployment, maintenance, and upgrade paths of infrastructure.
- Identify and execute opportunities to automate and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
- Proficiency with hardware and technology equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems.
- Understanding of fundamental computer architecture, networking, virtualization, storage, and operating system concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility.
- Oversee security measures for infrastructure-related data, equipment, and facilities.
- Create and optimize technology and processes in partnership with other teams.
- Strong client-driven mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams.
Nice-to-haves
- ITIL, Six Sigma, and PMI certification.
- Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment.
- Previous experience leading the integration of acquired companies.
- Previous experience leading the separation of divested companies.
