About the position

The Multi-Tenant Sales Manager position involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and achieving sales goals. The role includes supervising a team of sales representatives, managing recruitment and training, and ensuring effective communication and performance management within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager in daily activities.
  • Enhance the customer experience by simplifying processes.
  • Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals.
  • Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
  • Manage other sales resources as assigned.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
  • Communicate territory assignments to sales representatives.
  • Monitor payroll processes and ensure timely commission payments.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals and coaching.
  • Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing and sales offers.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Knowledge of Community Sales practices.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required.
  • 1+ years of sales experience required.
  • 0.5+ years of sales supervisory experience preferred.
  • Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred.
