The Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales position at Spectrum involves supporting the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by overseeing the daily operations of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience, achieving sales goals, and managing a team of sales representatives while balancing field and office work responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals
  • Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
  • Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
  • Monitor payroll processes and ensure timely approval of commissions payments
  • Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals and coaching
  • Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Knowledge of Community Sales practices
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Sales experience of at least 1 year
  • Preferred: Sales supervisory experience of 0.5 years
  • Preferred: Telecommunications and cable industry experience
