About the position

The Operations Supervisor at ONEOK is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of terminal facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. This role involves supervising staff, managing operational functions, and collaborating with various business partners to maintain efficient and safe terminal operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of terminal facilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company safety and operational procedures.
• Supervise local terminal operations staff, including training and evaluations.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and oversee contractors and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with commercial groups and other business partners for operational efficiency.
• Assist with annual forecasting and budgeting for terminal location.
• Represent the company in contact with community and government officials.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry operations/maintenance experience.
• Experience in supervising employees and overseeing projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the midstream service industry.
• Familiarity with DOT, EPA, DEP, OSHA regulations.
