About the position

The Supervisor - Pre Analytics role at Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is a full-time position focused on overseeing pre-analytic operations during the second shift. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire a team, and a commitment to customer service. The supervisor will support the Laboratory Director in achieving organizational goals, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Pre-analytic operations during the day.
• Support the Laboratory Director with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and inspire a team of employees.
• Interact with clients, patients, employees, and business units with a focus on customer service.
• Review business indicators and optimize processes to maximize profitability.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record for the past three years.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without close supervision.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or service organization.
