About the position

The Supervisor, Program Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team within the Patient Services department at EVERSANA. This role involves managing workflow, performance, and team development while ensuring compliance with key performance indicators and contractual obligations. The Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing customer and client satisfaction and collaborates with leadership to develop policies and procedures, as well as recommend operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Ensure onboarding and training of team members on departmental policies and procedures.
  • Identify and execute cross-training opportunities.
  • Schedule staff according to program business needs.
  • Coach and develop direct reports through team huddles and one-on-one meetings.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer complaints requiring higher expertise.
  • Interface with clients regarding operational performance as per program setup.
  • Evaluate the efficiency, productivity, and accuracy of the team and implement improvements.
  • Promote and implement effective teamwork across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • GED/High School Diploma with 10 years' experience or Associate's Degree with 8 years' experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with managed care, prescription benefits, medical billing, reimbursement, and/or pharmacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience resolving challenging customer relation issues professionally.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working flexible hours based on business needs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business-related discipline.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
