About the position

The position involves planning, developing, implementing, and integrating the delivery of Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapy services in both outpatient and acute care settings. The role focuses on ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development while enhancing patient experience and business development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and integrate therapy services for patients requiring multidisciplinary care.
• Oversee quality, patient experience, regulatory and billing compliance, and business development.
• Develop and maintain core competencies and behavioral skill sets for staff.
• Provide timely and effective direct patient care in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Identify and respond to the needs and expectations of all customers, both internal and external.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain program compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and project present and future program needs and develop new programs as necessary.
• Facilitate the development of cross-functional, interdisciplinary, and patient-focused teams.
• Provide effective orientation, training, education, and development of staff.
• Direct, evaluate, and supervise program staff, maintaining open communication with other departments.

Requirements

• Experience in planning and implementing therapy services in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in healthcare.
• Ability to develop and maintain staff competencies and training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and staff interactions.
