About the position

The Supervisor, Residential Inbound Sales is responsible for leading a team of Inbound Sales Representatives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales goals for residential customers while providing coaching and development to the sales team. The Supervisor will also collaborate with the marketing department to enhance sales strategies and ensure a positive sales culture within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Coach and develop a team of Inbound Sales Representatives in a dynamic call center environment.
  • Develop new sales strategies to maximize opportunities within the call center.
  • Oversee daily sales activities of the Sales Representative Team and guide them in achieving revenue goals.
  • Monitor calls and performance stats, providing feedback to individual Sales Representatives.
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives, planning and leading team meetings.
  • Create and manage individual Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CARs).
  • Lead the team in attaining marketing campaign goals and provide feedback to marketing leadership.
  • Perform staffing-related activities including recruiting, hiring, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, time-off requests, and commission reports.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with other departments.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and optimize a team of sales professionals.
  • Knowledge of voice, data, and television products and services.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in an inside sales capacity.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of post high school education preferred.
