About the position

The Supervisor Small Store Merchandiser Delivery leads a team responsible for efficiently merchandising company products while achieving distribution objectives, particularly focusing on the Small Store Service Delivery Model. This role involves onboarding new teammates, addressing customer issues, optimizing merchandising efficiencies, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The supervisor is also tasked with developing the skills of Small Store Merchandisers through effective training and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Small Store Merchandisers to achieve company goals and deadlines.
  • Conduct interviews and onboarding processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Conduct a minimum of three Right Execution Daily (RED) rides per week to train and develop Small Store Merchandisers.
  • Monitor key business indicators and develop action plans to drive productivity gains.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit guidelines and procedures, including timekeeping and mileage reimbursement.
  • Establish and promote a safe working environment through training and safety evaluations.
  • Facilitate effective communication with sales and delivery teams to enhance the Small Store Service Delivery Model.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • Prior leadership and management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations preferred
  • Good planning techniques and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
