About the position

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Guardant Health, you will oversee the operational functions of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics support for the Clinical Laboratory and Research Lab. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to implement process improvements while maintaining high service levels for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Management of all operational functions including inbound, putaway, order fulfillment, outbound, cycle counts, and inventory maintenance.
• Maintaining the right levels of inventory at various lab locations and stocking the laboratories daily.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound logistics, following up with carriers to prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain inventory-related reporting to Finance and Supply Chain management team.
• Active role in training, performance assessment, and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Help identify and develop solutions for operational opportunities and process improvement.
• Responsible for understanding internal and external customers and service level expectations.
• Help drive change in culture towards lean and continuous improvement principles.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and ERP Oracle systems.
• Previous work experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
• Effective communication skills with various business partners.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide the team toward operational targets.
