About the position

As a Park Supervisor at Kids Empire, you will oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors. This role involves supervising staff, implementing operational procedures, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will act as the primary contact for guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have during their visit.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to guests promptly, greeting them and ensuring their comfort in the park.
  • Supervise employees to ensure satisfactory job performance and achievement of production goals.
  • Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing of staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among park staff.
  • Audit schedules and request necessary approvals from the Park Manager.
  • Open and close the park using keys or codes.
  • Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
  • Operate the check-in process, ensuring guests sign liability waivers and provide necessary information.
  • Manage the front cash counter, handling transactions and providing change as needed.
  • Organize the refrigerator with snacks and drinks, ensuring inventory is sufficient and ordering as necessary.
  • Regularly monitor the park for safety hazards and ensure compliance with attendance rules.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, tables, and chairs.
  • Schedule and coordinate family events, ensuring they operate efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • 1 year of supervising experience required.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays is mandatory.
  • Good communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Leadership and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Ability to work independently and read/write in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with children.
  • Familiarity with operating an iPad.
