Responsibilities
- Perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care according to patient needs and company policies.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments and collections.
- Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the direction of the Manager.
- Review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice.
- Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
- Verify insurance payments, collect balances, and process nightly deposits and credit card transactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to leverage data effectively.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in sales.
