About the position

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role involves managing a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff while collaborating with management to maintain quality standards and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing guidance and support to existing team members.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve service quality.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to commute to Galveston, TX 77550 (required)
