About the position

As a Park Supervisor at Kids Empire, you will oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors. This role involves supervising staff, implementing operational procedures, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will act as the primary contact between guests and the park, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints while interacting with families and children of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to guests promptly, greeting them and ensuring their comfort in the park.
  • Supervise employees to ensure satisfactory job performance and achievement of production goals.
  • Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing of staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among park staff.
  • Audit schedules and request necessary approvals from the Park Manager.
  • Open and close the park using keys or codes.
  • Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
  • Manage the check-in process, including signing liability waivers and collecting guest information using an iPad.
  • Operate the front cash counter, managing cash flow and processing payments accurately.
  • Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, and ice cream, and check inventory levels.
  • Monitor the park for safety hazards and ensure compliance with attendance rules and regulations.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, tables, chairs, and playground equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate family events, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • 1 year of supervising experience preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Proficient in operating an iPad.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Ability to work independently and read/write in English.
