The Supervisory Budget Analyst position at the Department of the Treasury involves significant managerial responsibilities within the Chief Financial Officer Division. The position is temporary, not to exceed one year, and is open to various federal employees, including those who are surplus or displaced. The selected candidate will be expected to meet specific qualifications, including specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 or GS-14 level, which encompasses supervisory or program management experience. The role requires a deep understanding of management techniques, budget and fiscal methods, and the ability to apply laws and regulations governing federal financial management. The position is also subject to a probationary period and requires the filing of a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.
