Responsibilities

• Plans, assesses, programs, budgets, manages, executes, evaluates, directs, and coordinates the USAJFKSWCS budget.
• Analyzes budget input from the USAJFKSWCS to ensure consistency with USASOC budget formulation and execution programs.
• Provides technical advice concerning financial management operations, program planning, development, execution, and evaluation.
• Performs multi-level budgetary, administrative, and analytical functions involved in the formulation, execution, and presentation of the budget for Defense and Army Appropriations.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience providing expert advice and guidance in execution for Army SOF programs.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and determining the effectiveness of budget operations.
• Ability to develop performance standards and evaluate individual performance.
• Experience counseling employees on deficiencies and/or disciplinary problems.

• Certification Level 3 in Financial Management is preferred.
