About the position

The Supervisory Facilities Acquisition Manager at the Department of Defense (DCMA) is responsible for leading the Facilities and Logistics Division, ensuring effective management of facilities and logistics programs that significantly impact mission functions. This role involves advising senior management on program quality, directing multi-functional teams, and overseeing critical logistics and facilities management assignments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Division Director of the Facilities and Logistics Division.
• Direct highly technical facilities and logistics management programs.
• Advise the Director of the Business Management Directorate on facilities and logistics program quality.
• Brief senior management on significant program decisions.
• Manage multi-functional subordinates overseeing critical facilities and logistics programs.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• One year of specialized experience at the NH-03 or GS-13 level or equivalent.
• Experience in acquiring and overseeing employee workspace and logistics programs.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to implement support policies.
• Experience in establishing organizational performance objectives.
