About the position

The Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist at Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital is responsible for overseeing facility management procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing technical advice in the management of operations. This role involves coordinating projects, resolving sensitive issues, and initiating long-term operational support projects within the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and instruction in facility management procedures.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure completion of objectives in adherence to policies and directives.
  • Resolve difficult and sensitive policy issues and problems while achieving project goals.
  • Initiate long-term projects to provide support across the areas of operations.
  • Coordinate with internal or external entities in the planning and development processes.
  • Review completed work to ensure compliance with established plans and specifications.

Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience coordinating projects in a medical facility.
  • Experience in developing building maintenance objectives or long-term planning.
  • Ability to analyze data to improve facility management operations in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid state driver's license is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
