This position is critical for ensuring the financial integrity of the organization's programs and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management for the organization's programs and administrative operations.
• Master the concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and financing.
• Analyze national level programs and develop, recommend, and implement budgetary/financial policies.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and counsel employees in the financial management team.
• Develop proposals concerning alternative methods, sources, and timing of financing for substantive programs.

Requirements

• Must have at least one year of experience as a Financial Management Analyst equivalent to the GS-12 level.
• Experience in analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of financial management methods.
• Ability to interpret financial and inventory accuracy policies to resolve operational problems.
• Experience presenting and defending inventory accuracy reports to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in utilizing ERP or SAP programs to produce auditable financial/inventory accuracy reports.
• Experience leading a team and providing advice to subordinates.
