About the position

This position is located in the Human Resources Policy & Programs Branch, Human Capital Division, Human Capital and Resources Management Directorate, Defense Contract Audit Agency and serves as the HR Information Systems and Innovations Section Supervisor. Functions as technical expert and advisor on Agency-wide HR-related information systems, innovations (e.g., artificial intelligence, robotic process automation), data repositories, system integration, predictive modeling and data visibility. Proposes and implements recommendations to refine or improve HR tools, procedures and technology. Leads the coordination and integration of HR metrics and data analysis with management and other personnel to provide program guidance, status and oversight. Develops new approaches to identifying key strategic and workforce issues, such as Time to Hire metrics, Time to Discipline metrics, performance management, awards/incentive programs, and workforce demographics. Manages a team of HR Specialists (InfoSys), providing guidance on complex or escalated HR system issues. Acts as resource to troubleshoot all HR system related discrepancies and provide problem resolution. Responsible for team's training, and the distribution / prioritization of projects and ad hoc requests.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for team training and project prioritization.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen as verified through E-Verify Program.
  • Selective Service: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.
  • One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 or equivalent level.
  • Experience planning, developing, testing, implementing and documenting HR information systems (HRIS) programs and processes.
  • Experience developing HRIS reports, data feeds, interfaces and integrations.
  • Experience producing HRIS reports, statistical information, and dashboards.
  • Experience developing job aids, operating procedures, and training resources for system users.
