The Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Military) at the Department of Defense is responsible for managing various military personnel management programs, including Military Awards and Evaluations. Responsibilities

• Manage military personnel management programs and systems such as Military Awards and Evaluations.
• Participate in the development and administration of military HR projects.
• Serve as officer and enlisted personnel manager and strength management expert.
• Oversee military personnel action programs for the Command.
• Conduct requisitioning cycle close-out analysis and briefings.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
• One year of specialized experience in military personnel programs and policies.
• Experience coordinating with higher-level headquarters regarding military personnel actions.
