About the position

This position is assigned to the Human Resources Division, Reynolds Army Health Clinic (RAHC), Fort Sill, OK. Experience with Integrated and Pay System- Army (IPPS-A) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Routinely coordinate with the Medical Company and Personnel Division to verify deployment status (ETS, PCS, retirement, profiles) of assigned personnel.
  • Provide guidelines to identify, qualify, train, and implement assignment procedures for Active/Reserve Army Medical Department personnel.
  • Research and provide explanation and interpretation regarding rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements pertaining to actions taken or recommended.
  • Provide specialized knowledge and expertise of military personnel procedures and programs in support of Fort Sill's military personnel management and mission requirements.
  • Advise, counsel, or instruct employees on work and administrative matters.

Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience which includes interpreting and providing guidance on military personnel policies and procedures; processing personnel or pay actions; utilizing clerical or administrative procedures to complete reports and/or correspondence; and conducting staff inspections to ensure unit readiness.
  • Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a relevant field.
  • Combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Integrated and Pay System- Army (IPPS-A) is preferred.
