About the position

Responsibilities

• Assign work based on priorities and employee capabilities.
• Plan and set target dates for work completion by subordinates.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.
• Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 level in the federal government.
• Experience making final determinations on sensitive immigration benefits cases.
• Experience analyzing immigration benefits regulations and procedures.
