Responsibilities

• Administer the planning and utilization of section personnel to meet task demands.
• Recommend new methods and procedures for effective operations and review project requirements.
• Develop complex routines and document all programs and systems.
• Migrate technological solutions from development into production and manage task queues.
• Direct assignment of personnel based on priorities and coordinate training programs.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 12 level in the Federal Service.
• Experience in planning, managing, and leading the development of web and cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, AWS Cloud Services, and data storage solutions.
• Demonstrated competencies in attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with big data processing and analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, Postgres, and Oracle databases.
