About the position

The Supervisory IT Specialist (ENTARCH) position at the Department of the Treasury involves managing the Business Information and Analytics Branch. The role is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the Bureau's Business Architecture and Data Architecture practices, ensuring effective resource management and program monitoring to achieve established goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bureau's Business and Data Architecture programs.
• Perform managerial functions including program planning, direction, communication, and resource management.
• Provide guidance and technical direction to staff, delegating duties and responsibilities as necessary.
• Review and evaluate program progress to ensure project completion according to established milestones.
• Take corrective actions when necessary to achieve program goals.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, including IT work involving analysis, planning, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, and management of enterprise architecture.
• Experience in a senior or leadership role responsible for delivering major IT projects.
• Proficiency in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
