About the position

The position is for a Supervisory IT Program Manager in the Info and Tech Directorate, responsible for managing and overseeing technical operations related to disbursing systems, software engineering operations, maintenance, and support activities throughout the system life cycle. The role involves developing long-range plans for agency information system security and auditability, preparing administrative and technical documentation, coordinating with service providers and mission partners, and providing oversight of program assets in support of disbursing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee technical operations over disbursing systems and software engineering operations.
• Develop long-range plans for agency information system security and auditability.
• Prepare administrative and technical documentation and provide IT policy reviews.
• Coordinate with service providers and mission partners to ensure delivery of required support.
• Present critical project updates to internal senior leadership and external customers.
• Provide oversight of program assets including personnel, performance, metrics, budgetary, and contractual resources.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or National.
• Suitable for Federal Employment.
• Registered for Selective Service (if applicable).
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 level in federal service.
• Experience in IT-related competencies such as Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.
