• Establish and refine personnel priorities and activities to support Division operations and promote diversity and engagement.
• Establish and refine objectives and priorities to support professional development goals for the Division and Bureau.
• Make strategic decisions regarding the Division's human capital resources.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must meet Time-in-Grade by the closing date of this announcement.
• One full year of specialized experience comparable to at least the GS-14 level in the federal service.
• Experience analyzing systems or strategies for implementation and administration of programs.
• Experience providing strategic business advice on administrative policy or program matters.
