About The Position
The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst position at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) involves overseeing complex administrative operations and programs within the U.S. Coast Guard's Aviation Logistics Center (ALC). The role focuses on enhancing workforce performance, managing recruitment and retention strategies, and ensuring compliance with Coast Guard policies. The incumbent will provide strategic direction and support to a diverse workforce of over 800 military and civilian employees, while also serving as the principal advisor on administrative matters to the ALC Command.
