As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform management studies and analyses, conduct studies on the effectiveness of programs/operations or management/organizational efficiency, and develop and participate in the management of personnel programs, providing direction, coordination, and management for one or more functional personnel programs.

Requirements

• Experience must include coordinating efficiency of plans, developing staffing plans, leading data analysis for human capital programs, and providing leadership and expert advice.
