About The Position
The Supervisory Operations Specialist will serve as an Operations Manager for the Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Capital Access (OCA), Damage Verification Center (DVC) in Herndon, Virginia. This role involves planning, directing, managing, coordinating, and evaluating the DVC's damage assessment and loss verification functions both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside (OCONUS). The position requires overseeing field operations to support the SBA disaster loan program and ensuring effective communication and training among staff.
