Responsibilities

• Review and process all cases within the area of authority through to final adjudication and solution.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis.
• Develop and implement procedures to promote efficiency and program effectiveness.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required to apply for this position.
• Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level.
• Experience in developing and evaluating evidence, facts, and circumstances related to cases.
• Ability to make determinations and recommendations within the requirements of laws and regulations.
• Experience in providing technical and administrative advice and guidance.
