About the position

The Supervisory Program Analyst position at the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) involves overseeing investigative support programs within the Office of Law Enforcement. Responsibilities

  • Serve as Investigative Support Program Manager (ISPM) expert advisor for a division in the Office of Law Enforcement.
  • Supervise and assign work that supports criminal and civil/administrative investigations through VMS monitoring and documentation of alleged violations.
  • Organize case documents and prepare evidence to support prosecution, including testimony and graphical presentations.
  • Provide policy guidance to higher-level managers and ensure effective implementation of all national and divisional policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service.
  • Experience in planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of a technical program.
  • Experience in leading projects or teams, including assigning work and providing feedback.
  • Researching, interpreting, or revising federal regulations for enforcement purposes.
  • Utilizing Electronic Monitoring Systems to monitor, analyze, and report on data.
