About The Position

The Supervisory Program Manager position serves as the Administration Branch Chief within the Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration. This role is pivotal in overseeing the program administration of the Federal Lands Highway Program, focusing on the design and construction of transportation projects on federally owned lands. The position requires strong leadership and management skills to coordinate various administrative services, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and foster partnerships with federal, state, and local agencies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for consideration.
• At least one year of experience equivalent to GS-13, including team leadership and management skills.
• Experience in financial management, human resources, organizational development, or information technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer programs related to property and facility management, information technology, financial management, and partnerships with various agencies.
• Interpret federal laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to program areas and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and FHWA guidelines.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial information and project account status within the division.
• Monitor and manage overhead funds effectively, ensuring proper tracking and distribution.
• Participate in national and divisional strategic planning as a member of the CFL Leadership Team.
• Foster a business-focused team environment and monitor team performance through measurable accomplishments.
