About The Position
The position involves taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Responsibilities also include collecting payments and assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment while maintaining luxury service standards. A current TABC Certification and a flexible schedule are required.
