The Supplier Quality Engineer will be instrumental in enhancing supplier performance and capabilities to meet Boston Scientific's standards. Responsibilities

• Assess suppliers for technical, quality, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop solutions to complex problems through data analysis and evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Plan and organize non-routine tasks with approval, maintaining project schedules and priorities.
• Work under general direction to determine project approaches and solutions, interpreting and recommending modifications to company policies.
• Establish and cultivate business relationships to facilitate project completion and interact with suppliers.
• Participate in determining goals and objectives for projects, potentially leading projects within the department.
• Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects, ensuring adherence to quality policies and processes.

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering with 0 - 2 years related experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with quality systems, quality processes, internal auditing, or ISO13485.
• Experience with manufacturing support or process development.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience with medical device suppliers.
