About the position
The Supplier Performance Management Manager is responsible for developing and managing the enterprise Supplier Performance Management (SPM) program. This role involves leading the program to support Supplier Relationship Managers (SRMs) and Supplier Initiative Managers (SIMs) in managing supplier performance. The manager will oversee the collection and analysis of supplier performance metrics, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidance and enhancing risk management through effective governance and oversight.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch and lead an enterprise program for supplier performance management.
- Oversee supplier contract abstractions for performance metrics and contractual obligations.
- Identify data required for reporting supplier performance management metrics.
- Review corporate communications, training, and consortium content for Supplier Relationship Managers.
- Lead business review meetings with suppliers to track issues and actions for resolving performance gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field or 4 years of relevant experience.
- 7 years experience in managing suppliers or third-party product/service providers.
- 7 years experience in analytical skills and working with metrics.
- 7 years experience in communication and collaboration across teams.
- 7 years experience in presenting to management.
