Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to conduct risk assessments and due diligence.
  • Oversee the relationship between Atlassian and suppliers, ensuring effective management of the supplier network.
  • Partner with various departments for ongoing supplier management to support best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of third-party risk management capabilities across a broader range of risk exposures.
  • Manage supplier relationship processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate global procurement compliance with Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier optimization and improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in third-party risk management.
  • Global relationship management experience with partners and suppliers.
  • Ability to inspire change and manage conflict effectively.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process enhancement.
  • Understanding of the procurement lifecycle including sourcing, negotiations, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and project management.
  • Experience in analyzing processes and data for efficiency improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Legal, or 5+ years in a related field.
