About the position

The Supplier Services Operations Specialist at Booz Allen is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operations within the Delivery Hub, focusing on supplier management and procurement processes. This role involves interfacing with internal market leaders and suppliers to meet business needs, managing supplier agreements, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. The specialist plays a crucial role in coordinating tasks to achieve operational objectives promptly.

Responsibilities

• Issue and negotiate supplier Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with preferred terms.
• Manage the renewal of essential annual supplier documents.
• Serve as an elevated purchase requisition power user, translating and reviewing purchase requisition forms.
• Foster seamless communication with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Monitor procurement systems for expiration due dates of representations and certifications, and issue renewal forms to suppliers.
• Conduct compliance reviews of documents for accuracy and consistency, resolving errors and omissions with renewals.
• Meet Service Level Agreement requirements with timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with procurement and supplier management.
• Experience handling confidential documents and information.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including using formulas and functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
• Ability to deliver quality customer service efficiently.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and interpret contractual requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with workflow systems such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with Ivalua procurement system.
• Bachelor's degree.
