The Supply Planning Team at onsemi is a critical component of the Business Unit's (BU) operations, serving as the single point of contact and advocate for all supply-related matters. This team is tasked with proposing and maintaining both internal and external inventory targets while ensuring that these targets align with service level expectations. The Supply and Inventory Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating allocation processes and managing end-of-life (EOL) strategies. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with the Demand and Capacity Planning team to effectively constrain the Unified Resource Demand Plan (URDP) during the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. As a Supply and Inventory Planning Manager, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive supply plans, known as the Collaborative Resource Demand Plan (CRDP), in conjunction with the Demand Team. This role encompasses the entire supply chain, necessitating effective communication and problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will be experienced in supply chain management and will bring a strategic focus to the role, setting high personal and organizational goals while ensuring disciplined execution to exceed these targets. This position is situated within a fast-paced and challenging environment that offers significant growth opportunities.
