About the position

The Supply Chain Agile Coach at Sogeti is responsible for guiding teams in the adoption of Agile methodologies within supply chain processes. This role focuses on enhancing team performance, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations. The Agile Coach will work closely with various stakeholders to implement best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies in supply chain processes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their Agile skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in a supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus among stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Lean principles and practices in supply chain management.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Coach).
• Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.
