About the position

The Supply Chain Analyst 2 position is designed to support the company's supply chain management (SCM) responsibilities while focusing on growth areas prioritized by the organization. The role involves managing various processes, ensuring accuracy in order management, and providing analytical support to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Target
• Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
• Ensure Order Management accuracy in the ERP system
• Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
• Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
• Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
• Lead Drop Ship/Commerce Hub Edina Business with a focus on SOAP/SDF/DVS business
• Provide attention and visibility to Partner+ Sales and Reporting initiatives
• Lead CE Reporting and Ad-Hoc project work for data pull/formatting and communication for Sales/SCM
• Create and execute regular reporting
• Examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes
• Analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
• Communicate the results of data analysis
• Support Marketing and Sales during promotional events with ad-hoc data mining and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA)
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• SAP experience preferred
