About the position

The Supply Chain Analyst - Project Coordinator at Apple plays a crucial role in supporting the Owner Furnished Item (OFI) manufacturing initiatives. This position involves managing supplier data, tracking project schedules and budgets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success and compliance with Apple's standards.

Responsibilities

• Use Wrike project management software to create comprehensive schedules and track project achievements.
• Implement and supervise initiative budgets, providing regular reports to the SCD Manager and cross-functional partners.
• Assist in supplier readiness, potential supplier identification, RFQ and RFP distribution and management, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain regular tracking of supplier environmental data and analyze compliance and performance trends.
• Validate and support the overall project initiative timeline and facilitate meetings to track progress against programmatic gates.
• Support the handling of proposals, change orders, and initial contract coordination tasks for supplier counter-sourcing projects.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage workload and optimize time to achieve project goals.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or construction management.
