About the position
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the global supply chain team at Regal Rexnord. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this position is responsible for preparing and communicating various reports, managing the SCM SharePoint site, and assisting program managers with data gathering and project support. The analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert for infrastructure tools within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and communicate monthly POR, PUR, PD reports and scorecard development.
- Manage and update the IPS Global SCM SharePoint site.
- Support SCM projects by assisting Program Managers in data gathering.
- Act as a liaison between Program Managers and the Engineering team on VAVE activities to consolidate report out progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations or Finance, or relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Supply Chain related experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in project management including planning, supervising, and monitoring project goals.
- Working knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI, with a desire to become a subject matter expert.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience fostering key stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
