• Review released engineering change data and ensure documentation adheres to configuration management procedures and policies.
• Assist in monitoring and enforcing compliance with change management protocols.
• Work closely with engineering teams to support effective implementation of design changes.
• Provide input and support for continuous improvement initiatives within the design change process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in product design, engineering change management, or a related area.
• Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within product design and engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow pre-established guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
