About the position

The Supply Chain Analyst position at Tobii Dynavox focuses on developing and maintaining planning tools and reporting for the Supply Chain Team. This role is essential for collecting and interpreting data related to demand, supply, inventory, logistics, and production to streamline operations and identify areas for improvement. The analyst will help implement strategies for efficiency and cost reduction while ensuring timely delivery of products, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain tools for the Supply Chain Planners and Coordinators to use in their roles of planning and executing the supply plan.
• Develop and maintain reports to track key metrics of the Supply Chain.
• Analyze supply chain report data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure goals are met.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years industry experience in Supply Chain or Operations Role
• 2 Years experience in supply chain management, logistics or data analysis
• Understanding of sales and operations processes
• Experience in using MRP and ERP systems is preferred
• Experience in managing projects cross-functionally
• Any certifications in planning, analysis, inventory control and/or business intelligence is a plus.
• Exceptional MS Excel, Power BI, Teams, One Drive skills
• Analytical aptitude
• Comfortable leading a cross-functional team.
• Skilled at managing a project plan.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to work cross functionally and collaboratively.

• Certifications in planning, analysis, inventory control and/or business intelligence.
