About the position

The Supply Chain Process Improvement Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of procurement and supply chain functions within a dynamic automation and manufacturing environment. This position focuses on analyzing current processes, developing strategies for improvement, and implementing changes that lead to cost reduction and overall performance enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current procurement and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
  • Utilize data analytics and supply chain management software to drive process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software.
  • Lean Six-Sigma experience.
  • Power-BI and Tableau experience.
