About the position

The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with manufacturing teams and value stream leadership to address supply constraints while balancing service, inventory, and cost to achieve business targets. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse and innovative teams, making a significant impact on the supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with manufacturing to resolve supply constraints, balancing service, inventory, and cost to achieve business goals.
  • Procure raw materials and communicate future requirements with suppliers to support the production plan.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as Backorders, Lead Time Advance, OTIF, and Inventory, with daily communications and participation in the Tier process.
  • Manage working and non-working inventory to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance service levels, improve inventory turns, and reduce non-working inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a related field, plus 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Experience in Production Planning; proficiency with SAP, Factory Planner, PMCS/IMES, and Peoplesoft.
  • Strong data mining, data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective leadership, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • APICS CPIM certification preferred; if not held, this certification will be part of the professional development plan.
  • Knowledge of metrics, inventory control, supply chain, logistics, statistical process control, scheduling, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) required.
