About the position

The Supply Chain and Operations Consulting Manager for Utilities at Accenture is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing supply chain processes within the utilities sector, including electricity, gas, water, and renewable energy. Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize supply chain processes within the utilities sector.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve the entire supply chain process.
• Lead workshops to identify and implement improvements in organizations and processes.
• Provide clients with insights to enhance operational efficiency.
• Challenge legacy processes to foster client growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utilities Industry with digital transformation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• At least 5 years of external consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience at a managerial level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools.

• Experience in forecasting, supply chain planning, and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
