About the position

The Supply Chain Planning Manager at Accenture is responsible for optimizing and implementing end-to-end planning processes across supply chain and operations. This role focuses on aligning planning strategies with business objectives, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The manager will work closely with clients to lead various planning capabilities, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand and supply planning, and inventory management, while also addressing sustainability and resilience in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated planning strategies for clients that align with organizational goals.
• Lead S&OP planning including the S&OP cycle of demand review, supply review, and executive reviews.
• Develop demand and supply planning processes, including forecasting, production planning, and inventory management.
• Enable strategic and tactical plans from the S&OP process, ensuring alignment across the supply chain.
• Develop inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for enhanced efficiency.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance and develop action plans to address gaps.
• Develop governance and operating models to integrate business needs into planning processes.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on planning performance and alignment on goals.
• Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide insights into supply chain performance through data analysis and reporting.
