About the position

The Supply Chain and Product Development Manager at Mia Aesthetics is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations and overseeing product development initiatives. This strategic role requires balancing efficient procurement and logistics with innovative product development to meet organizational and customer needs. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, ensure seamless inventory flow, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations and product development initiatives.
  • Support effective post-surgical and merchandising programs by selecting and sourcing products.
  • Manage vendor relations, including maintaining a vendor contact list and tracking shipment/sample orders.
  • Write purchase orders and gather approvals from the VP, Growth & Operations.
  • Audit purchase orders against invoices and track sales records.
  • Assess customer trends and forecast demand using Salesforce data.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure cohesive post-surgical and merchandise packaging.
  • Drive e-commerce activities, including web updates and product descriptions.
  • Conduct reporting management for e-commerce, shipping, and post-surgical cycle counts.
  • Assist with Dollhouse initiatives for proper merchandise and gifting.
  • Partner with Marketing, Social, and Web teams for monthly sales promotions.
  • Run analytic reports for financial end-of-month assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in leading product development initiatives from concept to market launch.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and product lifecycle management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and relationship management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with the plastic surgery or healthcare industry.
